L&L's Max-amillion Bucks CD, AGI, Therapy Dog, CGC Max in deep thought..... "Max” Belle's E Sampson of Pat-Rol x Tess II 4-6-86 - 9-6-97 MAXL Boxers started with a wonderful fawn male Boxer named "Max". I got him at 9 weeks of age in June 1986 and I believe that day I was hooked forever. Throughout the next year Max and I explored many avenues in the dog world. I figured out that Max was not a conformation dog fairly early, so we moved on to other areas. In 1988, Max received his CD title in 4 shows. He was also a therapy dog and enjoyed visiting the nursing homes and disabled children's facilities (although I still wonder if his motive was getting fed the treats). After he got bored with the obedience, we started agility classes. This seemed to be more fun for him and Max received his USDAA Agility I title in 1991. He added a Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title to his name in 1995. I lost Max on September 6, 1997 to cancer, but he will always be a part of all of my Boxers as he is the Max in my kennel name, MAXL, and I will never forget him!
