Ch. Dreamweaver’s Gold Lace O’Maxl
CD, DOM, CGC, TDI
Ch. Rochil's Grande Marshall, SOM, x Ch. Lucy's Gold Thread, DOM
Bred by Pam and Bob Rohr of Dreamweaver Boxers
“Molly”, was all that I could have ever asked for. She was beautiful, smart, and a loving, loyal companion. I waited 4 years after I got Max to find the best bitch I could to start my line with and she was the one. My eternal gratitude to her breeders Pam and Bob Rohr, for allowing me to own her.
Her show record includes 4 Grand Sweepstakes and a Best Puppy in Sweeps. She finished with a 5 point major at 18 months at the Houston Astro World Shows under renowned judge Michelle Billings. My thanks to Michael Shepherd for putting all of her points on her.
As a special, owner-handled, “Molly” garnered a B.I.S.S. and several Breeds and group placements. Terri Galle took the lead and she added another B.I.S.S. at the Bluebonnet Boxer Club on the ABC Regional Circuit winning over several top specials in the breed at that time. She also won several more breeds and added a Group 1 to her record. My sincere appreciation to Terri Galle for doing such a great job with Molly in the specials ring.
If that wasn't enough, “Molly’s” ability as a producer became evident. She was bred only twice. The first to Ch. Shieldmont’s Lets Make A Deal, SOM and the second to Ch. Schoolmaster’s Easter Noah, SOM. In all, there were only 4 flashy puppies and they all finished.
To top it off at nearly 9 years old, “Molly” added a CD title to her name. She was proudly handled to this title by her grandmother, Ruth. I am so fortunate to have Molly as the foundation of Maxl Boxers.
Molly was recently shown in the Veterans class at the Boxer Club of Oklahoma Specialty at 10 1/2 years old with Terri Galle on the lead. What a neat thing to see them in the ring again after all these years. Terri took her into the Breed and won BOS over 2 very nice young bitch specials. It was her night, and to top it all off, the WD and WB were her grandkids, sired by her sons Ch. Maxl's Golden Boy, SOM and Ch. Maxl's Premiere of Dreamweaver respectively. I am so glad my friends, especially Pam, her breeder, Velda Rounsaville, my mentor and teacher, and, of course, my mother were all there to see it, a special night, I will not forget.
